O.F.A.H. salutes Ontario Trillium Foundation for supporting fish and wildlife conservation projects

Over 80,000 members of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters (O.F.A.H.) are looking forward to recognizing the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s commitment to fish and wildlife conservation at the upcoming O.F.A.H. Annual Conference in Mississauga. All media are invited to attend the O.F.A.H. Annual Conference where the Ontario Trillium Foundation will present a plaque as part of its official announcement of a three-year provincial grant to support various O.F.A.H. fish and wildlife initiatives.

WHAT:	Over 500 delegates from across Ontario will be meeting in Mississauga from March 15 to 17 for the O.F.A.H. 79th Annual General Meeting and Wildlife Conference. Joining the members at the conference on March 15th at 8:30 p.m. will be Bob Delaney, MPP for Mississauga West and Winston Tinglin, a member of the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s (OTF) Board of Directors. They will be on hand to formally congratulate O.F.A.H. on the work it has been doing as a result of receiving a substantial grant from the Foundation.

The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters, Ontario’s largest conservation organization, has been promoting conservation since 1928. The Ontario Trillium Foundation, an agency of the Ministry of Culture, receives $100 million annually from Ontario’s charity casino initiative.
